The staff was friendly and helpful, although they didn't always respect the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. The location, while a bit far from the city center and the beach, offered a relatively quiet neighborhood away from the town's bustle. The dining experience was fabulous, especially the buffet breakfast, and the facilities were just perfect.

The hotel is set in a new suburb away from the bustling town center, providing a nice and safe environment. However, the hotel is a bit distant from the center, so transportation is needed to visit the city's attractions. The service was always polite, respectful, and eager to assist, but the dining experience was not up to a normal 4-star hotel expectation.
